Younger workers are not taking the old mundane jobs. Boards still want more output from the same sites. Ademco built an in-house vision AI platform for that gap.

The jobs built around watching screens and walking the same route are the ones younger workers will not take. At the same time, boards are asking those businesses for immediate efficiency gain from technology.
Ademco Security Group today launched UltraSenSync, an in-house vision AI platform built for that bind. The company is betting that the next decade of security, facilities and business operations will be won by organisations that can see what is happening without parking more people in front of desks.
UltraSenSync is vision AI, not traditional video content analytics. It is built to run on premise. Cloud and hybrid are available if a site wants them.
Ademco is a managed security services firm and system integrator, founded in 1977, with more than 6,000 institutions across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. Applied AI, for Ademco, means the models run on its appliance and work with cameras already on site. What reaches the decision maker is an event of significance, not another piece of information.
Conventional video analytics could tell you a line was crossed. They could not tell you what was going on. UltraSenSync is built for the second job. It reads the scene, puts the important events first, describes them in language, and lets someone search them later. Ademco adapts the models to each site.
The models are not a generic pack dropped onto a floor plan. They come out of problems Ademco has been walking for decades in the industries its customers actually run. The company launched Verifsuite in 2023, launched Robot-as-a-Service in 2017, and in 2020 co-developed an autonomous drone with a European partner under the Enterprise Singapore–EUREKA programme. UltraSenSync is the AI-core product that will have a heavy influence on the rest of Ademco’s products and services.
The appliance sits on site, at the edge, and turns video into events and metadata. Detection is not one label at a time. It is multi-conditional. A person chatting with a colleague on a stair is not the same safety risk as a person distracted by a phone and not using the rail. The system is meant to catch that kind of condition before someone falls, not only after. It can also process vision, audio and IoT sensors together.
The same idea is already in a warehouse product. Intelligent Yard Management, through Dock-Insight, is for a problem every large logistics hub knows: trucks arriving, waiting, assigned, or at the wrong bay.
CORE is the everyday tier: detection, search, recording. IntelliOps adds deeper search, an investigative casebook, semantic tracking and more site intelligence. The library covers more than 20 categories, including intrusion, loitering, abandoned objects, fire and smoke, PPE and helmet violations, fallen persons, vehicle movement, LPR/ANPR, face recognition, crowd dynamics and logistics insights. Other systems connect through UltraSenSync’s DataFlux layer.
Units shipping now run on NVIDIA architecture. Intel and AMD versions are planned for the second quarter of 2027. The current box carries 16 GB to 64 GB of RAM and 4 TB of video storage, expandable to 10 TB.
Before the second quarter of 2027 Ademco plans an Agentic Control Room, built as assistance for operators. That version is meant to train the next one: a more autonomous variant, targeted before the end of 2027, pending testing and safety evaluation. That later system is not for sale today.
“Conventional video analytics are fine for basic needs. What most sites lack is a stack that is context-aware and can be adapted to the vertical,” said Patrick Lim, Group Strategy Director at Ademco Security Group. “That takes a different way of building the technology. We built UltraSenSync for the site, and we train and refine the models in-house. Early deployments at sites we cannot name under NDA are showing 20 to 40 percent direct savings against comparable systems and labour. Avoided errors and waste on those sites are already in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Nobody is lining up for mundane jobs for the next thirty years. That work is going to machines. People stay in the work that needs judgement, human interaction, and purpose. The old operating model assumed there would always be someone willing to do those uninspiring jobs. That assumption has already broken.”
Site assessments run through Ademco offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India and Vietnam.
