Aquatics Swimming: Philippines’ Jasmine Alkhaldi seals Bronze in Women’s 100M Butterfly

December 9, 2019- The host country Philippines finished with a spot at the Podium in the Women’s 100M Butterfly with a Bronze Medal led by the heart and perseverance of Jasmine Alkhaldi.

Alkhaldi booked a time of 1:00.39 giving the Philippines’ that illustrious medal finish at Bronze.

The Filipina was. 34 from bagging the Silver medal against Singapore’s Jing Quah. Remarkably a nail-bitter finish for the three women whom landed a spot at the podium in a freestyle race that did not have a sure winner until the final seconds.

It was Ting Quah of Singapore whom took home the Gold Medal after her 59.62 was .11 milliseconds good enough to set the gap.
