December 9, 2019- The Philippines bagged the Silver Medal after the heroic efforts of Carter Lilly in the Men’s 800M-run category of the 30th Southeast Asian Games at the New Clark Athletic Stadium, Philippines.
Carter Lilly landed a time worthy of a podium finish with 1:50.17. Lilly had a .51 differential from the Bronze Medalist- Royson Vincent of Malaysia.
Lilly was 2 seconds away from sealing 1st place but Van Duong of Vietnam was able to get away with a time of 1:49.91 taking home the coveted Gold.
