Beach Volleyball: Indonesia sweeps Thailand for gold; Philippines takes bronze

December 6, 2019 – Indonesia takes Thailand to a 2-0 sweep to capture the gold medal in the men’s beach volleyball event at the Subic Tennis Court.

The tandem of Gilang Ramadhan and Danangsyah Pribadi claims the gold against Thailand’s Nuttanon Inkiew and Sedtawat Padsawut.

The Indonesians overcome steep challenges from the two Thais, but Gilang and Danangsyah keep the lead and took Game 1, 21-17.

It was more from the two Indos as they end their campaign with a 21-13 win over their opponents.

It was a tournament sweep for Ramadhan and Danangsyah, as they never lose a single game to any opponent.

Meanwhile, the Philippines took bronze as they pin Singapore with two 21-14 sets in their favor.
