LAS VEGAS – The shiny, golden trophy that will be awarded to the winner of the 2023 FIBA World Cup made an appearance at the NBA Summer League today.
Orlando Magic star Paolo Banchero and our very own Kai Sotto were among the athletes who spoke to the media promoting the upcoming August event that will be co-hosted by the Philippines.
Sports On Air correspondent Prince Julius Cabigon got a close look.
Meanwhile, Sotto told our NBA editor, Homer Sayson, that he isn’t sure yet if he will play for Gilas.
“My focus right now is with the Summer League.”
