Kawhi Leonard is in one of those stretches where everything seems to come easy, and the Sacramento Kings were the latest team to feel it.

Leonard poured in 33 points Tuesday night as the Los Angeles Clippers rolled to a 131-90 win at home, extending their winning streak to a season-best five games. It was another statement performance from Leonard, who is coming off a career-high 55-point explosion against Detroit over the weekend and is now averaging nearly 38 points over his last five outings.

The Clippers took control early and never looked back. They jumped out to a 34-20 lead after one quarter and turned the game into a blowout in the second, opening up a 36-point advantage before heading into halftime up 70-43. Leonard led the charge, scoring 18 of his points in the second quarter alone.

James Harden added 21 points, while John Collins and rookie Yanic Konan Niederhauser chipped in 16 apiece. Even without center Ivica Zubac, who has missed the last four games with a left ankle sprain, the Clippers have found a rhythm on both ends of the floor.

Los Angeles shot 51.1 percent from the field and committed just four turnovers, turning Sacramento’s 19 miscues into 28 points. The 41-point margin was the Clippers’ largest win of the season.

For the Kings, Nique Clifford led with 18 points. Maxime Raynaud posted a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook had 12 points and four assists against his former team. Still, Sacramento dropped its fifth straight road game and fell to 3-12 since Nov. 26.

The Clippers will host Utah on Thursday, while the Kings return home to face Boston.
