The Cleveland Cavaliers kept the best record in the league with a one-sided 122-82 clash against the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night at the Kia Center.

It was a huge road win for the Cavaliers, who improved to a 48-10 by winning their eighth straight. They also burnished their record to an imposing 21-6 away from home.

Cleveland took the fight out of Orlando early with a 34-16 barrage in the opening quarter, The Magic closed the gap at 57-43 at halftime but the Cavs poured 35 more points in the third quarter to seal the deal.

When the smoke cleared, the Cavs’ balanced but explosive offense was too much for 29-31 Orlando to handle.

Ty Jrtome had 20 off the bench to pace the visitors while Max Strus, DeAndre Hunter and Evan Mobley each had 17 points apiece. Donovan Mitchell had a modest 11 points on 5-of-11 shooting.

The Cavs shot a high 56.3 percent from the field (45-of-80) and 59.4 percent from 3-point distance (19-of-32).

In contrast, Orlando just couldn’t get any traction after shooting the ball poorly, 36.7 percent overall (33-of-90) and 17.9 percent above the arc (5-of-28).

Paolo Banchero finished with 26 points on 9-of-22 shooting to lead the Magic. But he had little help as only one other teammate, Franz Wagner, ended up with double figures in points with 19.
