Orlando, Florida – The Los Angeles Clippers came out looking like their former selves as they hold the off the Mavericks, 130-122, to take the 2-1 series lead.
Kawhi Leonard was the top scorer for the game with 36 points, nine rebounds, eight assists and two steals. Landry Shamet came out with one of his better outings with 18 points while Ivica Zubac tallied 15.
Paul George struggled from the field as he did 3-for-16 to finish the game with 11 points along with nine rebounds, seven assists and two steals.
Doncic registered a triple-double of 13 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists but left at the 3:38 mark in the third quarter after a left leg injury.
Kristaps Porzingis took over and he had a double-double with 34 points and 13 rebounds while dropping five three-pointers over the Clippers. Tim Hardaway Jr. and Seth Curry each contributed 22 points.
The Clippers now take a 2-1 series lead and with Luka Doncic questionable for Game 4, they can take a stranglehold over their opponents on August 23.
