Orlando, Florida – The backcourt tandem of Chris Paul and Dennis Schroder combined for 55 points as the Oklahoma City Thunder takes Game 3, 119-107, against the Houston Rockets to score their first win of the series.
Chris Paul logged in almost 41 minutes and provided the team with 26 points, six rebounds five assists and four triples while Dennis Schroder came off the bench with 29 points, five assists and five rebounds.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was another offensive weapon for the Thunder and he was clicking with 23 points along with seven rebounds, six assists and four steals. Danilo Galinari also had a 20-point night and also had seven rebounds and four threes.
On the side of the Rockets, James Harden led all scorers with 38 points while also doing eight assists and seven rebounds before fouling out. Jeff Green came off the bench with 22 points while Eric Gordon provided with 18.
The Thunder will have a chance to even the series against the Rockets in Game 4 which will happen on Monday, August 24.
