December 8, 2019 – The Philippine boat racers drive their way through two bronze medals to finish their campaign at the Malawaan Park in Subic.
The Filipinos breezed their way to a bronze medal finish at the mixed 22-seater 200-meter event.
Only the Thais and the Indonesians paddled faster in the said event, with Thailand taking the gold medal distinction.
It was the three nations who again completed the podium in the mixed 22-seater 500-meter event.
The Philippines still managed to take home the bronze medal after falling behind Thailand and Indonesia.
It was Indonesia, however, who got away with a first-place podium finish, followed by the silver medal-winning Thais.
