Women’s Gymnastics: Indonesia takes home Gold Medal for Vault Exercise

MANILA, Philippines- A beautiful showcase of vertical ability, grace, and poise were on full display as Abdul Hadi Farah Ann (Bronze Medal, Malaysia), Tan Ing Yueh (Silver Medal, Malaysia) and Irfanaluthfi Rifda (Gold Medal, Indonesia) came out on top for the Women’s Vault exercise of the 2019 South East Asian Games on Tuesday at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum (Dec. 3, 2019).

Malaysia’s powerhouse Abdul Farah Ann garnered a 12.900 outing placing her at a Bronze Medal finish, her country’s 14th overall for the SEA Games tournament.

Tang Ing Yueh followed up her fellow countrywoman with a Second place finish at 13.300 points. This gives the Malaysians their 5th overall Silver Medal.

It was Indonesia bagging the Gold Medal award with Irfanaluthfi Rifda’s 13.484 point finish.
