Zamboanga Valientes Offers P50k Cash Aid To Baterbonia Family

In the wake of last Monday’s tragic incident that claimed the life of Ateneo  basketball player Rene Baterbonia, the Zamboanga Valuentes are making a P50,000 cash donation to the family to help defray burial expenses. 

Alongside foreign student athlete Divine Adili, Baterbonia died in drowning incident during a team-building trip to Dipaculao, Aurora.

“Nakikiramay po kami sa kanila. We will keep them in our prayers,” team owner Cory Navarro said.

The Zamboanga Valientes are working to connect with the representatives if the Baterbonia family through the team’s official Facebook page.
