I Gede Wardana of Indonesia secured the win in the men’s 100+ kilogram division, dropping Muhammad Ruzaini Abdul Razak from Malaysia.
Singapore’s Aaron Ng and Philippines’ Carl Dave Aseneta, meanwhile jointly claims third place
Vietnam’s Le An Thai was awarded a half-point, enough to take the win against Kittipong Hantratin of Thailand in the under 90-kilogram category.
Filipino John Viron Ferrer and Wei Puyang of Thailand took the bronze medals after securing wins in their respective third place matches.
Gede Soethama bagged another win as the Indonesian secured a waza-ari against Singapore’s Low Yilong in the under 100-kilogram category.
Vietnam’s Nguyen Chau Hoang Lan and Filipino Shin Matsumura both took third place.
