DAVAO CITY – Brian “The Punisher” Macamay of Samar and veteran Jaime Barcelona of Bukidnon will see action against Chinese boxers on Oct. 27 at the TSSG Center in Qingdao, China.
The 28-year-old Macamay (10W-9L-3D, 6KO) will face undefeated Lei Wang (3W-0L, 2KO) of China.
Macamay won by a TKO against Germaine Dela Rosa of Valenzuela City in Taytay, Rizal last February.
He lost to Leonardio Doronio of Negros Oriental by a unanimous decision in Paranaque on August 8.
Barcelona (41W-65L-1D, 10KO), on the other hand, will fight against Jianhao Diao (1W-0L-0D, 1KO) of China in the under card.
Barcelona last won by a unanimous decision over Eden Sonsona of General Santos City last Nov. 24 in Bukidnon.
However, he suffered a majority decision to Alvin Makiling of Cagayan de Oro last June 18 also in Bukidnon. (PNA)
