NBA: Paul Lifts Thunder, Forces Game 7 With Rockets

Florida, USA – The Oklahoma City Thunder came up huge in the clutch with Chris Paul leading the charge to take Game 6, 104-100, over the Houston Rockets to push the series to a Game 7.

Chris Paul led the team with 28 points and sank two crucial free throws in the last seconds of the game to seal the victory. He also had seven rebounds, three assists, three steals and three triples.

Danilo Gallinari made up from last game’s horrible performance with 25 points, five rebounds, two steals and four three-pointers. Lugentz Dort and Dennis Schroder combined for 25 points to help push the Thunder.

The Rockets have James Harden leading all scorers with 32 points together with eight rebounds, seven assists and three triples. Ryan Covington had 18 while Russell Westbrook had 17 points but had seven turnovers.

The pivotal Game 7 of this series will happen this Wednesday, September 2.
